The Problem of Student Apathy is prevalent and powerful, and threatens the future of our students nationwide.
Lenny hated to see his friend suffer, to see him fall into the trap of apathy. The trap was so very dangerous. He had almost fallen in himself. You didn’t even know you were trapped until it was too late. You eventually figured it out, but it might be years from now, when your life was in ruins.
To address the problem,
we must all do our part in a variety of ways.
The Favor Foundation proposes the implementation of the Capital Graduate Program.
The Capital Graduate Program is our means of inspiring our youth through an entrepreneurial journey, fostered in safety and a nurturing environment that encourages success.
This journey, which will require perseverance, is designed to educate, inspire, and spark the imagination.
The Program Vision
The Capital Graduate Program expands the entrepreneurial horizons of qualified candidates through engagement, inspiration, motivation, directed scholarship, healthy competition, and an enriched community support structure.

The Capital Graduate Core Principles remind us of how we should carry ourselves. These are the principles we want to instill in our youth. Capital Graduate Candidates will embody these principles.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
With a FOCUS on the under-privileged, each school will vet prospective students to become candidates. If chosen they will embark on an entrepreneurial journey. After completing this journey, they will become Capital Graduates. They will be ready to face the world as models of excellence. They will become visionaries to be emulated.
The Capital Graduate Program is designed to reshape and ignite the minds of our High School students. By participating in the program they will be viewed as leaders, generating personal income through hard work, critical thinking, and perseverance.

The CAP-GRAD program is designed to create leaders of change, candidates who will be admired by their fellow students. They will be prepared to face this society we’ve created, thrive in it, and become champions of innovation, change, and growth. This is what we are establishing with this program. The incentives are in place. The tasks are clearly defined. The rewards justify the work.
We are executing a program that will graduate young women and men ready for success.
